Definitions & Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the pk447 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the pk447 website or mobile version, or by using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

One Person, One Account

Only one account may be opened per identity document, home address, or payment method. If it is found that the same person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts and balances may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, pk447 may at any time request verification of your identity documents (NID, passport, etc.) and payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at pk447 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposited funds must come from a valid payment method only — third-party accounts or credit facilities may not be used.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — meaning you must withdraw via the same method you used to deposit.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
• pk447 may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome bonus

New users at pk447 are eligible for a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• Bonuses are granted to verified users only — bonuses will be cancelled in cases of shared or duplicate accounts.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• pk447 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

Betting Rules

pk447 offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, and cricket and football betting. The following rules apply to all games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If betting is disrupted due to a technical error, pk447 may void bets placed during the error period.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules, stakes will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a software error, network issue, or any other reason, pk447 may decide to issue a full or partial refund.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's servers; pk447 has no ability to alter results.

VIP Program

pk447 has three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier by remaining regularly active.

Prohibited Activities

All pk447 users must refrain entirely from the activities listed below. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using software, bots, or automation tools for fraudulent or manipulative purposes.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the platform (money laundering).
• Secretly coordinating with other users to play against the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access, hacking, or disruption of the pk447 system.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Submitting forged or altered documents as proof of age.

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or technical errors on the user's end.

• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User
